Hey there! I'm Kathan (she/her), a designer with a green thumb. I spent over a decade in sustainable agriculture and floral design before wandering into the world of pixels and wireframes.

It turns out that the same things that shaped my work with soil and flowers—an eye for detail, empathy, creativity, and care—also shape how I approach design. I love understanding the people behind a project and crafting experiences that not only look good but feel even better.

I’m especially drawn to contributing to projects that make a difference—from supporting parents with babies in the NICU to helping LGBTQIA+ teens explore career paths. Design, for me, is a creative outlet where problem-solving, visual thinking, and storytelling come together to support people in meaningful ways.
